FLORAL DESIGN

Do you work with silk or artificial flowers?

We specialize in fresh florals. Unfortunately, we do not work with artificial flowers or artificial greenery.

Do you have an order minimum?

Our minimum for floral design is $1,000 for events in San Diego.
 

RENTALS

Do you have an order minimum?

We have a $850 minimum for rentals, before delivery fees for events in San Diego county.
For events an hour away from our showroom, the order minimum is $1,500 for rentals or florals.

How much are delivery fees?

Delivery fees vary with distance, size of order, and delivery parameters and begin at $150. Send us a request to get the most accurate delivery prices.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% deposit of your total cost for rentals and/or florals and it is non-refundable. If your event needs to be postponed or cancelled, you will be credited and you will have up to two years to use your credit. Please note, all prices are subject to change.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, we are fully insured and can provide proof upon request.

Do you travel?

We are based in Bonita, California and can deliver up to 1 hour away. Let us know where your event will take place and we will let you know if we can make it happen!

How does delivery and pickup work?

Depending on your venue and your event schedule, we will deliver your rentals and/or florals the morning of your event. In some cases and if we are available, we can deliver the day before your event. We can pickup after your event or, depending on your venue and if we are available, the morning after. Let us know what you prefer and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodating.

Can we pickup our rentals ourselves?

Unfortunately, we do not allow our rentals to be picked up. Our team uses a large commercial vehicle to transport our tables, arches, and large items. Large items also require to be handled with care and assembled. For this reason, we only allow our team to handle delivery and pickup.

Do you offer a "flip" the room service?

Yes! If you need your rentals flipped from a ceremony to a reception, let us know and we will add this service to your quote.

Can I visit your showroom?

Absolutely! Call or email us to schedule an appointment.

Do you do custom rental designs?

Yes! Let us know what you have in mind and we can let you know if it's something we can create for you.
